The sun is out, Spring is here, and it's Mother's Day eve!
Come join us for another special Makers Market, as we welcome 16 local artists, selling US Handcrafted goods such as jewelry, ceramics, glassware, soaps, candles and more! Enjoy light refreshments, a henna artist, live music and kid's crafts for your little ones.
And for all you chocolate lovers out there, the Lumber Yard is thrilled to welcome non profit, volunteer abroad program AMIGOS, who will be selling organic, fair trade chocolate bars. Since 1965, AMIGOS has offered our youth cultural immersion experiences and leadership development, through summer volunteer and gap programs in Latin America. The projects in Latin America focus on environmental sustainability, food security, community and environmental health, and gender equality.
The doors will also be open upstairs at Victoria Mimiaga Art Studio from 11-2pm, as part of the county wide Marin Open Studios tour. Come meet Victoria and peruse her works, including her brilliant "Food in Plastic" series.
Enjoy the beautiful and historic Lumber Yard and and support local small business. The Lumber Yard's unique shops and eateries are open and look forward to welcoming you this Saturday: Ambatalia, Aviator Nation, Bloomingayles, BŌL Superfood, FarmHouseUrban, Flour Craft Bakery, Makers Market and The Edit.
See you there!
